Welcome to the 13th year of the Sydney Sunrise Rotrary Club.  Our club is one of 32,000 clubs within Rotary International, a world wide organization of 1.2 million business and professional leaders representing 165 countries.

Our Breakfast club is small but active, with volunteers who live by the Rotary motto "Service Above Self".  Involvement in projects like Loaves and Fishes, Highway Clean Ups, Salvation Army Kettle, New Dawn Guest Home, Terry Fox Run, and student exchange keep us in touch with our community.

Fundraisers such as the Disco Ball, the Whaler Boat Races, Silent Auctions and Rotary Bingo provide financial support locally and abroad to our many charities.  Fellowship through our Lobster Party, Foundation Dinners, Christmas Party and other Rotary functions contribute to keep the fun in our club.

The big picture for Rotary includes world peace, the eradication of Polio, safe clean drinking water, reduction of world poverty and hunger and many other major humanitarian projects.

Belonging to our club gives men and women an organized and enjoyable way to contribute positively to our community and the world.

As president in 2010-11, I hope to carry on the tradition of our caring, active and fun club.  Come and join us for breakfast some time.
